Amaunet is releasing its new guitar driven indie-rock single “Word”
Amaunet is releasing its new single “Word” today, August 6th on Lövely Records.
“Word” is the way of expressing the love for this bittersweet journey we call life. It takes you on a ride where guitars defines the sound of a band and where the vocals are rough, powerful and soaring. This single creates a reality where life is fragile and short but yet beautiful.
The band commented on the single:
“Thats the beauty of life. We are here once. Then we are not. Most people would see that as something sad. And it is. But its also beautiful and magical and that knowledge, of our limited time, makes our time on this place we call earth. The song also touches the subject of undefined love and the longing for answers and togetherness. Its about the longing for understanding each other and unchain the locks. “
“Word” is a rock’n’roll tune with a lot of noice. It includes a wall of guitars, tight drums, powerfull vocals & personal lyrics. The single is the second single from their upcoming sophomore mini-album “While I’m Living” that will be released in October 2021. “While I’m living” is the follow up to their self-titled debut mini-album. Their music finds inspiration from bands such as The Strokes, Oasis, The Stone Roses & Kings of Leon.
