MARINA AMMOURI: wins her second Award
Swedish Rock singer Marina Ammouri won her second AWARD for Best Female Rock Artist at the Indie Music Channel Awards 2021 ceremony in Hollywood.
With her extraordinary single LATITA ( Let’s Do What U Want ), written by Marina herself, Linda Dale, Erik Wigelius, produced by Staffan Österlind and published by JJ Music.
On the same event also The International collaboration (La Sagrada Familia), project led and conceived by Brazilian rock singer Adellaide frontman, Daniel Vargas received an Award as a Best World Music Band for their cover performance of La Sagrada Familia (originally Alan Parsons Project ).
International collaboration ( La Sagrada) is an unique project containing also other Adellaide band members Leandro Freitas ( keyboard), Cadu Yamazaki ( bass) and outstanding musicians from 6 countries, Marina Ammouri ( vocals ), Staffan Österlind guitar (Sweden), Johan Kullberg drums (Sweden), Antonina Kondratyeva, cello (Russia), Jere Valdevit – saksophone ( Croatia ), Daniel Vargas vocals , Leandro , Cadu ( Brazil ) Tito Falaschi audio producer ( Brazil ) Julia Ammouri , video producer ( Sweden ) and Terry Lee Whetstone . Flute, narrative speaker ( USA ).

TerryLee Wetstone who was on the ceremony went up on the stage to receive the prize for International Collaboration La Sagrada Familia band and also Marina Ammouri’s personal Award, since she couldn’t present on the ceremony in Hollywood.
The “Indie Music Channel” awards is an annual event, held in Los Angeles, conceived by Emmy award winning media entrepreneur, TV Host Christopher Ewing and judged by a panel of experts from across the industry–production & engineering, artist management, mainstream radio and television, and grammy-winning artists and producers.
